Consolidated 在 WPS-1200 系列下提供两款水处理系统。WPS-1200-RO 反渗透水纯化系统依据 ASTM D1193-06 标准产出 IV 级实验室用水,非常适合为蒸汽灭菌器和玻璃器皿清洗机供水。该系统坚固可靠,包含反渗透模组与储水箱;每个模组由两级预处理滤芯和一支反渗透滤芯组成。预处理滤芯可去除 5 微米以上的颗粒、游离氯、氯胺及其他不良物质;反渗透膜滤芯可去除 90% 以上的无机离子、硬度与溶解性固体,以及其他颗粒和微生物。
如需去离子水,WPS-1200-DI 系统在此基础上增加过滤级,产出去离子水(电阻率 >1 兆欧·厘米),用于洁净蒸汽或其他高纯度应用。
许多蒸汽灭菌器使用电蒸汽发生器产生所需蒸汽。蒸汽产生时,给水中的盐类和矿物质会残留下来。若使用硬质自来水产生蒸汽,这些矿物沉积物会随时间积累并附着在发生器加热元件上,使发生器功能持续下降直至无法工作。Consolidated 水纯化系统可去除这些污染物,帮助保障设备的最长连续运行时间。
下表为标准钢制锅炉的推荐给水要求。若水质达不到下表所列的最高限值,则需要 WPS-1200-RO 进行纯化处理。如不确定贵单位的水质情况,请联系 Consolidated 安排初步评估。
* 给水温度、给水水质及滤芯使用时间会影响产水速率。进水必须满足水质要求。
